North Indy Fence, Deck & Rail did an absolutely fantastic job on our fence installation. We chose the more robust Commercial 1000 Series Aluminum Fence with Flat Top and Alternating spears between top and mid-rail. The quality of this product is fantastic and the service I have received from North Indy Fence, Deck & Rail has been stellar throughout. Great communication, honest company, and Michael, Chase, & Roberto did a fantastic job. They even came back on a 3rd day just to do a quality check and tweaking before a final (final) walkthrough. We could not be happier with this company, craftsmanship and the service provided.

We received a high quality fence, with an impressive installation method. We removed an old fence and added 2 additional gates. Bob did a wonderful job answering all of our questions during our initial consult and helped us decide on the best product for us. Our install team, Roberto, Mike, Chase, Tyler and Lane showed up and did the removal and new fence all in one day. They were extremely respectful and professional and really hard workers. We did have to work through a couple options on gate placement and we have some really big roots from old trees and they still got it done. I would highly recommend North Indy and team and would use them again. I included some before and afters to show the concrete install that moved all over the place and the nice line with the new install.

I had a great experience with North Indy Fence. From start to finish, the customer service set them apart. Bob handled the consultation and was fantastic. He took the time to walk through different options with me, made thoughtful recommendations, and even took on the task of coordinating with my neighbor to cover their portion of the project. They kept me in the loop, asked questions when needed instead of making assumptions and clearly took pride in their work. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend North Indy Fencing based on my experience. After 4 months of repeated calls, several issues remain unresolved. When I raised these concerns, the company was defensive and dismissive, insisting the installation was done well. Because of this and a complete lack of interest in correcting, I’m posting photos for the awareness of future customers. 1. Fence pickets extend rail caps 2. New fence was not attached to existing fence 3. 6-foot sections installed with 4-foot posts 4. Post sticking up above new fence line

North Indy Fence Deck and Rail did a great job designing and installing our fence. They were professional, quick, and left the yard clean. Chase, Tyler, and Roberto did our install, and they were great to work with. We are very pleased with our new fence!
