Brian Sperry was as helpful as he could possibly be—what I appreciate most is his quickness in getting back to me as well as trying to be flexible with my schedule. I was out of my comfort zone getting a generator, and he was very patient. I would suggest some kind of draft schedule to give to customers at the outset—there are many parts to the process. But everything went smoothly and I’m pleased!
