Deon came to service our HVAC the other day and was wonderful to deal with. He gave us very detailed information on what needed to be done to our system. I like how he took his time to explain what was wrong and how to go about fixing it. Great job, thanks!

TERRIBLE. They screwed us over completely. We paid for the top of the line system, which they convinced us was the best, and then when it wasn't working THREE months after the install, they sent people out who didn't have the right tools or even understood how to fix the system. They provided a bandaid fix, even though we paid for a one year maintenance plan which is supposed to ensure "it works like the day it is installed" as well as two service visits throughout the year. None of these things happened. Customer service is rude and uncaring and impossible to get anyone on the line who knows what they're talking about, and though they say they'll get someone to call you back, they never do. We ended up working with an entirely different company who diagnosed a leak, which was a $2,000 rep

This company doesn't communicate with each other. After the diagnostic appointment, they cancelled once on the fix and I rescheduled. Admittedly the second cancellation was my end, though it was a somewhat unpredictable issue (a failed lockbox). The third cancellation, they didn't show and when I called the next day they had no idea what happened and my appointment wasn't showing up in their system. Today they cancelled again and apparently shortly after the first cancellation (their fault), they returned the part I needed so even if they had shown for the next three appointments I'd scheduled, they had no way of fixing it. When I asked what happened, the only thing they could come up with was "Your account doesn't have any notes on it to tell us what happened." Also, I can confirm that

Our furnace wasn’t sending heat to certain floors in the townhouse. Our home warranty co. had North Pacific Mechanical come out to assess. Deon the technician was in contact prior to appointment and came early. He checked the furnace and explained what the parts are and how things should work. In a short time he found the problem and got the heat going to all floors. He knows his stuff and was very enthusiastic about his work. Thanks Deon for a job well done!!

WOW, this company is top notch. If you need any type of electrical work done, I highly recommend them. I shopped around and got a few quotes and they were on the lower side. The electrician, Chris, was SO fast with installing my chandelier and fixing another electrical problem. He showed up early, was clean, respectful and kind. They got me booked in quickly and only charged me for the time at my house...no extra or hidden fees. This was the easiest contractor experience yet - Thanks again Chris! ~ Ellie and Illy
