If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would! Rachel at North Point has an eye for design. I reached out to North Point to do my plantings as they came highly recommended to me. I know nothing about plants but was going for a certain vibe and Rachel understood exactly what I was looking for. She nailed it! I have had more compliments on my landscaping around my pool. I attached some pictures of my little oasis. North Point also takes the time to teach you about the plants and how to properly take care of them.

I engaged North Point Outdoors to prepare and hydroseed my new lawn. I also had them install an irrigation system. The final results for both projects was exceptional. The work done was exactly as discussed. All of the employees are courteous and professional. I highly recommend North Point Outdoors for all of their services. They are a pleasure to work with. Update: Oct 2025: North Point was engaged to winterize (blow out) my irrigation system. Christine was courteous, professional, efficient and answered all of my questions. Once again, excellent service as expected.

I wanted to share about a recent experience I had with Northpoint Outdoors. I run a small business in eastern NH and I am an on call customer for their ice melt services. At 1am I woke up to see that all of the previous days rain had frozen over and unsure if my small business would be an ice rink in the morning, I had to make a quick decision on wether we needed salt for our opening early the next morning. On a whim, I called Northpoint at 1:15 am to see if they would be able to take of my site before we opened. Not only did Mike and his on call staff get it done, they were on site by 3am. Getting there that morning allowed us to have safe parking lot conditions for staff and customers at opening. Great service NPO!

Rachel was amazing on the design! In addition, the team was super accommodating with schedules when tree work was needing to be done urgently in the middle of the project. Highly recommend NorthPoint!
