deeply regret hiring North River Fence. At first, everything seemed fine, but less than a year after installation, my fence is completely crooked, with visible gaps between the ground and the panels. It’s not safe, animals, including large dogs and even a giant turtle, have entered my yard through these openings. The fence, which should provide security and peace of mind, is literally leaning and unstable. What’s worse than the poor quality is the customer service, or lack of it. To test if they were truly ignoring me, I sent an email from a different account asking for a quote, and surprise, they replied right away. I want to be totally honest in this review, because most people know that reviews are often either overly negative or so positive that you wonder if they are even real. I want anyone reading this to know that this is a genuine review about an actual, great experience with North River Fence. A few months ago, I met with Bobby to talk about two different fence projects. I am on our HOA board, so while I was looking to get a personal fence installed, the association also asked if I could help get some estimates for the community fence that was damaged during the hurricane. I started researching fence companies, reading reviews, and calling around. I contacted about five fence companies in total. Three of them actually showed up, but only one ever followed up or sent a proper estimate. That c

North River Fence went beyond our expectations! Our fence has finally been repaired and has restored our confidence in our homes appearance. North Rivers pricing was competitive. Their team communicated frequently and responded in a timely fashion. The fence installers were professional and polite. Thank you North River Fence! Our neighbors are grateful as well.

Beware of this company, once they take your deposit the owner (Bobby) and office manager (Renee) were impossible to deal with. I originally ordered a black fence as many in my neighborhood had this fence. The HOA then decided to enforce that I have a Bronze fence installed. I was told by then office manager (Dani) that the other fence would be the same price which she later told me was not true and she had given me wrong information. Even though I told her that I wanted to cancel the install, the owner claimed he had already ordered the bronze fence. After two months of trying to email and communicate with the owner Bobby I finally reached Renee who promised me a full refund. After going to collect my check from Renee, she takes me back to her office upon which she tries to only give me a

DO NOT!!!! make business with this company not only in less than a year the color of my fence completely faded and their employees damaged my gate putting holes and they refused to replace it. The owner Bobby Tackett never responds and the girl he has in customer service Maleya Tackett is very disrespectful. If you call to follow up on your claim to find a resolution she will hang up the phone. What kind of customer service is this? This company will take your money but if you have future claims or complaints you will be on your own because they lack responsiveness.
