I had contacted them to install 2 light fixtures. The appointment was scheduled for 9am, Paul arrived close to noon. Upon his arrival, we discussed the work that would need to be done. One of the fixtures needed the drywall cut open to be installed flush/nicely. I was very clear I wanted the fixture to be flush/looked nice. No proposal or talk of $ before work was performed. Paul found me for payment without discussing that the work performed had deviated from the scope of work we had originally discussed. The stainless steel junction box was left visible; the fixture itself was wobbly and not secure.Felt like it would fall from the ceiling if I changed a light bulb. I had called to ask what happened, he said “he didn’t have the parts with him at that time”. No clear answer why the work

Paul was excellent to work with. We picked up a few outdoor lights at Menards and he installed them flanking our garage door with a very quick turnaround. He had no problems tackling cutting through our brick with his high powered tools that would have been quite the challenge for us to DIY. Prices were great, he communicated well by phone and email. It was all garage work so I was even able to head to work and come home to a well lit driveway!

We love working with NS Electric! I have used Paul a couple of times before and he is always professional and does great work. We recently moved into a new home and had him do a bit of updating, inspecting, and installing. I would definitely recommend!

Paul Griffin, owner of North Shore Electric, did all my electrical work when we opened my wellness center, Well Body, in Mequon. He did excellent work and made sure everything was ready for the inspector. There were no issues and we were able to open right on schedule.
