Tony was so kind, thorough and thoughtful in his application of all the chemicals he had to apply in and around my home to maintain a safe living environment for my cat and myself, and for the bees that come to the wildflowers in my front garden! He was happy to answer any and all of my (very many) questions about the safety of the application in area where my cat may be or frequent. This is my first time using a company to maintain a healthy home through the seasons rather than applying store bought products myself. I am satisfied and look forward to working with him to maintain protection of my home. Honorable mention as well to Paul who was also incredibly kind and patient with me getting this all set up. Thank you so much!

Tony is Amazing! He is thorough and always sends me a detailed report, which includes notes regarding areas on the outside of the house that have gaps and need caulking. His attention to detail is top notch! We are so lucky having Tony as our rep.

UPDATE - 3/2/26: John came today and was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable and showed great care and concern for my home and the well being of my family. John was sure I was aware of any areas of concern and how they could impact my family - health & safely. I'm so grateful for this care, concern & help from John & all the other Terminix providers. Tony was great! Considerate of my time and home, put shoe covers on before entering. Great communication & explained what he was seeing and doing. Helped put my mind at ease with concerns that brought him to my home. I appreciate the time, care and attention. He treated my home with care.

Great service. We had our maintenence treatments done and Tony really treated for stink bugs. That worked but in a few weeks the beetles arrived. Called Terminex and in a few days, Tony was back to resolve the bugs. No charge, no problem. We started wirh Terminex 5 years ago for mice. Yuck. Terminex sends the same agent every time. We have Tony H who is friendly and considerate. He has gotten to know my home and maintains it like his own. When Tony's on the way, I know the house is in good hands.

We bought a house and found mice in it. I scheduled Terminix to do rodent exclusion services and a monthly plan to keep rodents out. They failed to do even half the exclusion work and damaged my roof in the process by screwing deck screws to hold hardware cloth into the shingles without sealant to prevent water intrusion. The monthly service was supposed to come with an initial assessment inside and out with traps set to clear out any mice in the house and the individual just sprayed outside. I still have mice and now have to repairmy roof. Avoid Terminix at all costs unless you want a half-assed job done. Update: after multiple attempts to reach anyone from Terminix leadership over the past few weeks, I have been promised a call back 4 times and still get no response.
