I had my basement flood with 6-8” of water in it due to a 4” rain fall within 24 hours. My basement flooding was the result of my sub pump failing and needed to get completed replaced. Once my basement flooded I had to go along and get my basement completely dried out. I hired North Shore Restore to assist in the process. Both Dakota and his assistant came in the day after the rain happened. Previously I had finished the basement myself so I went along and did the required removal of drywall, carpet, and any furniture that was required to move under the direction Dakota, the owner, had instructed to get done to complete his work. Dakotah was friendly, communicative, and always made sure we knew what to expect next in the process. He also made sure we knew what to capture as evidence for insurance. He made what would otherwise be a very stressful situation as stress free as possible.

These people were the best, we had a disaster in our basement from a water main break. We had over 4feet of water in our basement. Plus the temperature was 20 below outside. They did a fabulous job, cleaned up everything. I was so impressed how nice they were, always working hard and did a tremendous job and very professional and how they handled everything.
