Had Omar and the crew out for an emergency operation and they knocked it out of the park! Great customer service and professionalism. Had a chance to meet the owner Chris and was very impressed at his knowledge and understanding of the ins and outs of the job at hand. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. We worked with Bryan Kelly and he was the first technician that I’ve worked with that spoke to my intelligence, but simplified HVAC systems. He didn’t throw a bunch of technical jargon at me, was patient, and kind. Kelly spent two hours evaluating our HVAC system, explaining the pros and cons of every brand, breaking down the difference between the different SEERs, and answered all my questions about manufacturer rebates to find us the best possible solution. Kelly and his team went above and beyond to clean our vents, tear out and rebuild our utility closet, install a new unit and UV lights. We recently had our HVAC replaced by North Tarrant Heat and Air. Our tech, Justyn was fantastic. He spent a lot time with my wife and I to explain all of our options. I thought the price for replacing the units were very reasonable. Omar and his installation crew were great. Justyn did an amazing job with the Maintenance service. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He installed a UV light quickly and explained what it was for. He also found the float switch was missing and replaced that. Finally, he found problems left by another company’s installation and fixed them.
