We selected Ben Joseph owner of North TX Septic Solutions to replace our old septic system and we are so glad we did! He did an absolutely amazing job. His communication, the quality of the work he did, his ability to work with the city for permitting and approvals and his pricing were all outstanding. We love Ben and won't use anyone else. We have tried several companies when we moved out to the country 9 years ago and once we found Ben we have not looked back or for anyone else. We have exclusively been using him for several years now. The professionalism and promptness are top notch and his pricing is very reasonable. On top of the fact he just seems like a really good guy. Great energy and has helped us in multiple emergency type situations. Eventually we plan to also use his services when we are ready to install a brand new system as well.

Ben and his crew are the first ones I call for help with our aerobic septic. Generally same day but as soon as they can, they come on down and have our system working perfectly in no time. The price is more competitive than a few other quotes we had done for new pump and other repairs. So glad we found someone trustworthy to help us out.
