Your team came out today to check the leak I reported. They informed me the day before when they were coming, they called when they arrived so I could meet them. When I got home they were super professional and super knowledgeable. They had the issue fixed in quickly and were super polite. I am so thankful for them taking the time to help me. Your guys/gals are always professional and go out of their way to make sure your customers are happy. Its good to know when I need your team you are there for your customers.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I had black specs in my water and was harassed by someone who knew nothing about his job. It took me 4 days to get them to flush the main line when it was clear on day one it was coming from their main line. This man also lied and said he went to all my neighbors when clearly he didn’t besides the fact that our rates are absolutely ridiculous for a family of 3. What is our money going to???

I've closed my account due to moving and have not decided my deposit I paid of200$ I wa told I should "c heck with my new post office last I checked when a company charge a deposit they are legally responsible to return it I have received the 6 other deposits that were paid to other utilitiesat the same tim e I moved in 3 years ago was told it had been sent a month ago I moved from soddy t o ooltewahwonder the have a 1 out of 5 raTing I'll be contacting a lawyer if your moving to soddy beware of doing business with these thieves!!!;;;;

Convenience fee? It's the year 2025... This appears to be a scam out of Illinois... We in the South, totally trust Illinois based businesses to provide services without ripping us off. Sure we do. Chicago is a shining city on a hill. My bill is 3 times more than folks all around this service, just a mile away. Outstanding!

We all know the last few years have been difficult. We’re so thankful for you that are keeping our water clean and moving. We know a lot of the businesses had some hard times during the pandemic, and we remember some of the problems you had too. We’re just thankful you were able to get our water cleaned up.
