WOW! I had an awesome service experience today! I called and NWMH sent a tech over right away, literally! He diagnosed and corrected the furnace issue quickly (just a fuse) and then helped me to get a new smart thermostat unit and phone app configured so that I could one again access gas furnace and A/C remotely. This all took place while I’m back at home in PA! I’ve been super pleased with NWMH ever since they designed and installed a whole new HVAC system for me six years ago and recommend them very highly.

The technician arrived promptly, addressed the issue with our heater and had the unit up and running in no time. Took the time to explain what the issue was and how it was corrected. Great service. Will be looking to add Preventative Maintenance to the units in the Spring.

The tech was immediately responsive and very professional. He was able to come out and fix my AC unit in less than 24 hours even on July 4th weekend. While on site he showed me a few ways to troubleshoot issues myself and gave me tips on how to maximize efficiency. Excellent service and greatly appreciated!

As I have been saying for the past 2 years and why you all will see all of the 5 star reviews. Once again North Wildwood Mechanical Heating & AC has outdone themselves. Their TECH (Eric) showed up and within 15 minutes identified the issue and fixed the problem. AWESOME TECH and AWESOME company!
