I met Mike Quinn months before we started our project and the time and energy he put into that first meeting was the same as the time and energy he put into our entire project. He has always been very responsive! They put together a WhatsApp text string and when we had any question/concern or request we would text and most of the time there was a response almost immediately and if it wasn't immediate it was within a few hours. My son's, husband and myself began adding 2 ADU units in July of 2023. Mike - Northbay Construction was one of the 5 general contractors we interviewed with plans to convert 2 garages into (2) - 2 bedroom - 1 bathroom - 700 square foot apartments in SF.
