These folks are amazing: Five stars are not enough… use anyone else at your own peril! Northcenter was our general contractor for our rehab of our 2200 square-foot condo in Streeterville. They took all of our designs and executed them perfectly, (often improving on them), kept exactly to a detailed schedule updated regularly, quickly overrode every bump in the road with great solutions, coordinated wonderfully with the HOA and its litany of requirements, finished ON TIME and followed up on punchlist items quickly and beautifully, including additions to the original scope, often at no extra cost. Communication was perfect, consistent, regular, and constant. Every request made was answered with a simple “can and will do” or “ here’s how we can get that done.”There were never any surprises

We worked with Northcenter Construction in 2020 on a first floor renovation that included the kitchen, laundry room, living/dining area and a bathroom. With a hard deadline of baby number two due in April 2020, we contacted them in late 2019. They understood how serious we were about the timeline and quickly put us in contact with their in-house design lead as well as their preferred cabinet builders. Within a few weeks, we had our kitchen cabinet order in and finalized plans with the interior designer for a new powder room and laundry/mudroom. Work officially kicked off mid-February and finished on time in early April. Ryan and Ryan were great to work with: responsive, friendly, detail-oriented and professional.
