The biggest thing missing today when you contact a contractor of any sort is the engagement and communication - the trust that is built by those 2 things. Whether it is a plumber, an electrician, or a chimney service company - you should be able to ask questions, share your concerns, get and give feedback with mutual respect and understanding. Joe and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned out the crumbling clay lining in our chimney and did a two liner system connecting both the boiler and the hot water heater. They were here on time, worked efficiently and did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. Joe was also very responsive with follow up questions. We highly recommend Northeast Chimney!

I highly recommend Joe and team for any chimney work you may need. He recently installed a chimney cap, fixed the crown, and did some repointing. His attention to detail and honestly both in the quoting process and before and during the job was very refreshing and gave me complete confidence that he was the right person for the job.
