This company does not stand by the carrier products they sell. I would not recommend that you buy Carrier A/C units as they are cheaply made and do not last. I contacted the distributor and spoke with the manager who stated that he has nothing to do with anything it’s between me and the vendor. No one wants to take responsibility for this unit which currently does not work and gets a different diagnosis each time someone comes for repair. The unit has leaked refrigerant since it was installed.

Short Version: Very helpful and rock bottom wholesale pricing. Needed a specialized part for my Carrier furnace, was referred here late in the day and rushed over -- getting there only 10 minutes before they close ... I felt bad/concerned they wouldn't have time to help. They basically assured me that they werent going to kick me out if it hit closing time and they hadn't located the part yet.

Nice folks to deal with if you can get someone to answer the phone. Call several times and the phone rings and no one answer, This happens often.

Have a lot of parts on hand, can't say the same for other vendors
