Kody promptly arrived at our appointment time. He was very courteous and respectful. He went right to work, patiently answering my questions. Before he left, he inquired if there was anything else in need of his attention and any other questions I might have. I felt safe and comfortable with him in my home. I will be calling him with any future electric issues!

Kody at Northeast Iowa Electric is amazing to work with! I called him with a list of jobs, but I wasn’t able to explain most of them very well. Kody offered to come over so I could show him exactly what I meant. He took extra time to explain what needed to be done and even taught me a few things along the way.
