We had a quick response to our voice mail, explained the garage door problem, and scheduled an appointment. Ron came out, evaluated the old garage opener, and fixed the old one. We had a great conversation, excellent customer service, and he's very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'd highly recommend them.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!! Came home to a broken overhead door at 8pm. My husband was working out if town so he called Ron that evening. Ron was at our home up in Lanesboro, MN by 7am the next morning and had it fully repaired AND our other 2 shop doors serviced all by 7:45!!! PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!!! Very polite, professional and very fairly priced. THANK YOU TRI STATE DOORS!!!!
They came right away when they could sell me the doors, but never came or called to do a repair. Had to find someone else who said he has had to do lots of repairs after Tri-State business.
Have tried to get this company to fix a broken door. Second day I’ve called for help and haven’t received any return call. Maybe they are busy, but, it would be nice just to get a return call to let me know they can’t do the job a the time.
