We were working through a home warranty provider, and Rob managed all communication and coordination professionally and efficiently. After two failed attempts from another company, Rob from Northeast Mechanical Contractors came out on short notice and identified the problem with my condenser unit within minutes. Before replacing the identified problem, Rob checked All of my wires had the appropriate Voltage and Concluded that after replacing the part, it should be working just fine. Once the part was installed, Rob went into thorough detail on how my heating system worked, and made sure that my smart thermostat was set up correctly for the system I had. After about a month of going back and forth with the different company, Rob came out and solved it within an hour. I couldn’t think of him enough, and He will be the first call if I have any issues with my HVAC.

Robert was top notch! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions.
