I have now been waiting OVER A WEEK for my oil to be delivered. We have used them for years and have generally been happy with them, though getting in touch with them can be frustrating. We have left many messages, and when we’ve talked to someone they have assured us that the oil would be there that day. Well, it’s now day 8, we called and finally connected with John, who promised oil today (again). The truck did just show up and I was so excited. They stayed 4 minutes and started pulling away. My husband ran out to ask what was happening. THEY RAN OUT OF OIL!!!!! I can not recommend this company, though the prices are great.

Given other recent reviews that gave me pause - I want to chime in with my own experience that I called to order oil on the morning of 2/12/26 (no issues reaching someone on the phone) and delivery was made today on 2/13/26. The negative reviews persuaded me to call rather than use the online form, so cannot speak to the responsiveness if ordering using the form. In response to some other reviews, their website does note that if you request fill your tank and pay in advance, they charge you for 250 gallons and will credit the charge later based on actual amount of oil provided.

waited several days for oil but paid upfront for it. then on delivery day driver said he couldn't walk through the snow in our driveway. Told them I am disabled and still refused delivery. do not use them for heating oil or service they discriminate against the disabled.

Quick and efficient. You are better off calling in for delivery Vs booking online because they have missed a few of our appointments when we tried to schedule online. Once we called to let them know about this, they showed up that same day! When we call, they’re always quick to respond and show up ASAP. Their prices are great. Have been their faithful customer for years and I even see my neighbors using their services now as well. The best!

I placed a delivery online for a fill. I was charged for 250 gallons and when they finally came by they only filled 100 gallons leaving our tank at just about half full. Every day for a week I try reaching them by phone but no one ever answers. I have left multiple voice mails and no one reaches back out. It has been a bit over a week now with no contact and they have not credited us back for the missing oil. Terrible experience.
