Another 5-star review! When the spring broke on our garage door late Friday afternoon (of course!) I called and they squeezed me in before their regular rates went to weekend. The repairman came quickly and went right to work. This is the second time this has happened in the last 12 years, with the same results. Great folks!

Mike and his staff are great. An estimate was given to us and the same day a staff member came to our home. Measurements were taken and we agreed on style and color. Mike explained that the garage door would be in 3-4 weeks. He was correct and our door was installed by one of his installers. The man completed the work and left us with a beautiful door and he left the area very clean.

I called and was surprised to hear that they could send someone out the same day. Tech did a great job and was personable. He explained to me what the issue was and ordered the needed part which arrived two days later. Very quick and efficient service. Highly recommend

Northeast Overhead Door company is fantastic! They were helpful and friendly and fixed the problem with my old garage door not opening any more. Unfortunately they had to come out more than once because it’s old and stubborn, but they pursued the issue and now it works smoothly and consistently. And their repair price was very reasonable. They were flexible and patient enough to listen to the specific issues for this garage door and made it right. I would recommend them to anyone!
