I was looking around for roofing companies to have my entire roof replaced. I received at least 6 estimates. Northeast’s estimate was by far the best priced service. In addition, Robin, the owner, was very informative and answered any questions that I had. I decided to go with Northeast Roofing and was not disappointed. They were able to complete the job in one day. They arrived on time, did a great job on my new roof and cleaned up after themselves. Bobby, the supervisor, answered all my questions and made sure to follow up with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their service due to the quality of their work, communication and affordability.

Homeowners had roof replaced, part owner of roofing company called to coordinate installing new roof, he stated there would only be a couple of nails they missed after working, when i returned home i found over 100 nails sticking up on the patio, sidewalk, driveway and grass. After speaking to the owner he told me it was unacceptable and they would solve the issue by sending someone out, a person called stating they would be out in a week, i thought great a professional company solving an issue, BUT noone ever showed as my family was home all day. I do not recomend this company to do what they say. I only had one nail enter through my shoe into foot so far.

Hi, So.. It may be actually none of my business but I was JUST wondering why your company truck is parked outside of one of the municipal buildings at the City Of Virginia Beach.. With 2 dogs inside of it? No cracked windows. No nothing. Saw this as I was walking to my car this morning & I don't feel that that is appropriate.

I had issues with a skylight and they were able to determine the exact issue and replaced it in a timely manner. They’ve followed up multiple times to make sure I haven’t had any issues as well. Great work and customer service! Thank you!
