Northeast Rooter Sewer and Drain Service

I've had Northeast Rooter Service maintain my main sewer drain w annual cleanings for several years. Brett has come to my rescue a couple of tiems too. Always knowledgable, respectful & professional. Thank God when you find such a rarity among contractors nowadays!

We called Northeast Rooter and were pleasantly surprised that Brett was here quickly, on the same day. He educated us on our drain system and explained our options. Brett was extremely personable and we highly recommend him and his company.

Fast service, extremely knowledgeable, competitively priced and very personal. Offered suggestions for old piping in a 1950s home without a basement. Brett worked as a team player with Gottier Plumbing to fix what could have been a huge project and got it completed within 48 hours. He even phoned me a few days later to check on the final outcome. Now that’s customer service!! I highly recommend and praise Brett and this company for their skill and follow through.

Northeast Rooter is amazing!!! We had issues with our toilet which actually was a symptom of larger issues (piping all the way out into our yard). Brett came in, assessed and did everything he could. He walked us through everything. He didn’t try to upsell. He was realistic, caring and truly had our best interests in mind. If you’re looking for a plumbing service, don’t look any further.
