Northeastern Marble & Granite

I’ve worked with this company twice over the last five years and so immediately signed with them to do my new kitchen. It’s been six weeks since they templated my kitchen and two bathroom vanities and they took my stone for refabrication—and we can’t reach them! No updates, no return calls, can’t reach anyone in their office. Has anyone had contact with this company recently? I want my deposit and stone back. **Update: I took a chance and drove up to the office. Employees on site chatting but no one is answering the phones or returning calls. My mom found this company and I’m really happy she did. We went to the show room, and Phil was really helpful and showed us around. I picked out what I wanted and he gave me a sample to take home. Someone came to measure. The installation went great. It was quick and the installers were pleasant. Phil was very helpful with helping me pick something in my price range. He was responsive to my questions. He helped me choose where the seam needed to go and it’s barely noticeable. I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and my kitchen is so much brighter and happier. I wasn’t pressured into anything and I wasn’t upsold at all. It was nice to be listened to and for everything to go well.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Customer service was horrendous and so was the job. They measured wrong, cut the quartz wrong, and did not cut or install 2 pieces I paid for. The “shop manager “ was a pompous jerk who showed zero interest in fixing the problem. After several phone calls and texts Phil finally got back to me. They attempted for the 3rd time to fix their mistakes but alas, 2 months later I still have an unfinished bathroom and kitchen. I ultimately had to hire a different marble company Atlantic Marble on cape cod to fix it. Buyer beware, there are lots of great Stone companies out there. Northeastern Marble and granite isn’t one of them.

FANTASTIC job! Northeastern Marble and Granite has done an awesome job not once, but TWICE! And the second time I was not around to pick out the granite or help facilitate the measurements. Did everything over the phone with Phil, who is courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Measurements were spot on both times. They were even kind enough to move me up in the installation schedule. Will surely go back to Northeastern Marble and Granite a third time! Thank you!
