Love NE Pools! I’m always sad when the Canton store closes in Fall since it’s more convenient to me but love the friendly staff and both locations. The staff are really friendly & knowledgeable about keeping my pool in good shape & chemically balanced. I just got a new pool cover too & I’m very happy with it. Thanks

The staff has been very helpful as we have navigated through various issues. It is comforting to know that there is a company that truly cares about helping you with your pool. They have their calculations right for the size of pool you have so you are not spending more money then needed unlike other companies in the area.

The woman who works here is so rude and unhelpful. We won’t be using north eastern for any of our pool needs because of the interaction with her today. Left the parking lot and headed to Atlantic pools.

The owner Rich is awesome. Sure it took a while for him to get back to me, but the pool business is seasonal and I’ll bet they are working some crazy hours. I read a comment complaining about the pools starting at 65K. A quality company that takes pride in their craft and workmanship, you will pay even more. You get what you pay for.
