Unreliable at best. Over the past year they been able to deliver water less and less and created an insane $70 minimum for in route stops after upping their price and failing to deliver after excuse after excuse. Always one excuse after another. No driver, no truck, truck is broken, haven’t gotten the new truck yet, the county didn’t plow good enough (strange because other businesses are delivering in even worse conditions), they are a nonprofit so things are naturally more difficult (that doesn’t even make sense maybe you should shut down). With all these problems they still upped their price and tried to collect a credit/debit surcharge. REDUCE YOUR CLIENTS SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS. These folks are awesome. Deborah is amazing to deal with and will go out of her way to accommodate your service the best she can. She knows who you are when she calls and will do anything to make sure you get water, even if they can’t fill it at the time, they will make sure you get enough to hold you over till they can get back out. Highly recommended

Have used a couple of times. Always had fairly good service. I called today and they are NOT taking customer except for their weekly regulars. They said it would be months before they could get to me. A person could die of thirst by then. So, If you don't fit into the "weekly regulars" category you better find a new delivery partner cause Northern Az. Water won't be there for you..
