We reached out to Sutton plumbing company for a quote on a large project, and after receiving the estimate, we were eager to schedule the work. The plumber was able to come out the same day as our initial call, which was a great start. However, when we followed up multiple times to actually schedule the job, we encountered an extremely frustrating experience. We were abruptly told by their scheduling agent, Stacy, that they "couldn't schedule the job" without any explanation. If the project was beyond their scope or if there was a scheduling conflict, we would have understood. But instead of any clear communication, Stacy was dismissive and informed us they were "booked indefinitely." Would highly recommend Sutton Plumbing. Called on Friday morning about our underground pipe leak and by evening we were back in business! I had already dug up the potential problem area but Jordan and his assistant were quick to identify the issue and replace everything. Within a few hours all was well and didn't cost us an arm and a leg, very knowledgeable people from top to bottom. Will always call Sutton for any plumbing issues.
