Luís and his crew were professional and efficient. They did a great job explaining what they were doing as they installed the waterguard and drytrak system in the basement. They also kept the pathway in and out of the basement covered to minimize any mess which was much appreciated! I would recommend Matt Clark’s Northern Basement Systems to anyone looking to keep their basement dry!

Ben Sutton and his team showed up on time. They were all very respectful and professional as they went over the work with me that was agreed upon so there was no misunderstanding from the start. Started working immediately and were very patient with me in answering all my questions as they were doing the work which was much appreciated. Finished in a timely manner. Went over the final install with me and tested the system they installed and all worked perfectly. Upon leaving they left the area of work clean and presentable.

Luis and his crew did an awesome job. From the beginning when he called us from the road saying when he was going to be arriving, to covering the entrance area so they wouldn't leave dirt to keeping us informed as to the progress and finally explaining the dehumidifier workings. A non-worrisome experience!
