They were so quick and kind with scheduling, making a stressful situation that much better from the beginning. The service in itself was a great interaction, they explained every detail of the work they did and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions, while making sure everything was address and fixed. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Northern comfort heating and cooling for anyone in need. Chevy and William are the nicest people. I had him out on a Monday. He was back with a tech on Wednesday to install my new furnace and get heat back into our house. I had a couple of different quotes with other companies in the area. But you can’t beat going with a small family owned business. William also worked with me on a money issue i was having. He didn’t want us left in the cold…literally. Don’t even bother calling anyone else. These are the kinds of people and the business that cares about people and the community. It’s not all about the $$$$ like with the big people. They arrived early. I’m writing this as they are doing my install. I can’t thank all of you enough for your kindness.

Serviced outdoor & indoor units, showed up On time with a heads up beforehand. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Discovered a few small items that needed addressing. I definitely was not being sold a load of items that are unnecessary. This was our first HVAC service in 14 years so his input was warranted and well received. DO NOT HESITATE to use them. This was my first experience with Northern Comfort. Upon arrival, William (the technician) listened very closely to the customer concerns (and asked questions). Followed with evaluating the furnace condition. Troubleshot, performed a RCA (root cause analysis), addressed / corrected the problem condition, and verified all systems functioned as designed. To help make life better for the gas furnace, customer received insight on "how to better maintain the product". On a scale of 1 to 10, and "10" being the best, this service was a "12". Northern Comfort Heating & Cooling exhibits total quality customer care! This business is now on my speed-dial.

Had a wonderful experience with Northern Comfort Heating and Cooling. Highly recommend William, he did a great job diagnosing our furnace / heat pump issue on a Sunday when we had no heat. Resolved the problem quickly. Then had him back to install a new wifi thermostat. Great work!
