Precision Garage Door is definitely a higher-end option, but the service experience was smooth, professional, and very well organized from start to finish. Scheduling online was easy, with same- and next-day availability and clear expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the process — I received text updates when the technician was dispatched, when he was on the way, when work started, and when it was completed, which made everything very predictable and stress-free. On the day of the appointment, the technician (JP) called within the scheduled window to say he’d be there in about 20 minutes — and he arrived exactly when he said he would. My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was wonderful. I got a next day appointment when I called and the technicians kept me informed of when they were arriving. Robert and TJ were great to work with. We looked at several options of service for my two garage doors with detailed estimates for all of them. They walked me through all of the estimates and what each would entail and the condition of my doors and existing openers. I did not feel any sales pressure - just concern that I get the level of service that I needed. After choosing an option, they got to work and were able to complete both doors in a couple of hours. The technician was very professional & knowledgeable. The spring broke on my garage door. He put my mind at ease by reassuring me he would be able to fix this! He was fast to arrive and quick to make the repair!

Brock was professional and kind. He even let me, my 4 year old and my 6 month old sit in the garage and watch. We had a homeschooling lesson and learned about what he does and he did it well! Not only that but when my 4 year old asked questions about what tools he was using or what he was doing, he kindly answered each one. He had his own little cheerleading crowd when he got something to work. He was also mindful of my 2 year old that was sleeping upstairs. Our garage is working now and all thanks to this company!

I hav no experience with broken garage doors but if I have any more issues with the other garage, I know I’ll call Precision again. They were open when I called late at night. I was able to get an appointment right away. They were prompt, courteous and I didn’t feel taken advantage of, which is important when you have no idea what you are dealing with. Highly recommend them!!
