Vitalli showed up on the job on time and had his equipment set up and ready to go quickly. He totally explained what he was going to do, and went ahead and did an excellent job. Totally professional and worth every penny. I'd recommend very highly and will for sure be calling them next time again Super happy.

We had some problems and needed our septic tank pumped when I called septic solutions phone was answered by a helpful and knowledgeable employee she looked up the history of our property and told me where our pump and Drainfield is located. Slavic their technician already completed one emergency job before arriving on a Saturday afternoon to save us. We had a stuck lid and he kept at it with confidence and a good attitude. He worked past sundown and noticed we had no filter he took care of that and cleaned the tank thoroughly. I am extremely happy and grateful for a job well done on short notice.

Septic Solutions has done work for me at another location and when my current problem arose I chose to go back to them. The team at Septic Solutions is top-notch. From start to finish, this could not have been more efficient, smooth, and well coordinated from office to field. While Vitali cleaned my overflowing tanks and changed the filter, Mark was documenting the whole process and preparing paperwork. Mark explained to me how and why my tank was in the position it was, and proper actions, I could take to prevent this in the future. Mark also informed me of a few things that could be fixed or improved. When I asked for the quote, he had it ready for me in minutes. The explanation of what needed to be done first before jumping in and doing major repairs was much appreciated. Thinking of the customer’s wallet first. They were fast efficient and just plain did a wonderful job. It was nice to see that people still believe in that. The techs were courteous and professional.
