Northern Craft Building did a wonderful job on our deck. Communication was great from Tyler throughout the process. It was done mostly through text and email which worked perfectly with my schedule as I spend most of my work days in meetings. Work crew was able to start 2 1/2 weeks after I signed the contract so we to could still enjoy the new deck for some of the summer. Nikita, Dennis, and David did awesome craftsmanship and completed the job in 2 days. Very happy with the end result and would recommend this company to anyone interested in a new deck!

Working with Tyler at Northern Craft Building was a great experience. Tyler personally came to my home and took the necessary measurements to make an accurate quote for what we needed. (Of the four deck building companies we contacted for quotes, Northern Craft Building was the only company to personally visit, measure, and provide an accurate quote) After we accepted the Northen Craft Building quote, Tyler sent color and style options that were very user friendly to follow. After we made our choices, we had to amend the quote total due to the choices we’d made, and then he let us know when his team would start the project. Tyler and his team did a phenomenal job with our deck project. Our house had an old run down deck from 2013 and Tyler and his team came out to do a full teardown and rebuild replacement. From start to finish they were extremely professional, took the time to show us all their options and configurations, and worked within our budget to help us get what we were looking for. they put together a high quality deck our family looks forward to enjoying for years to come. Please Read. After having five bids to reface my deck and solve some substructure issue (the substructure was 90% good) I chose Northern Craft Builders and I chose wisely! They were competitive in their bid. They did all the demo and haul away efficiently (even my built in bar and center island) Tyler was responsive and open in all communications. Northern Craft Building did an amazing job on our new deck from the beginning to the end. Tyler ensured we had the most accurate decking material and color to best meet our needs. We were given an estimate, and Tyler even let us know that we could get winter build pricing if we waited just 2 weeks. Tear down of our old deck was a smooth process, the build was even more efficient. Our neighbor even commented that she had been watching the process and was impressed with their work ethic and efficiency.
