Northern Heating and Air

After having done business with this company previously, I called them today in a bind. I had a good experience with them in the past and trusted them with my boiler, but when I called today, they said they can’t help me. Apparently I’m not a contract customer, so to hell with me. I will never make the mistake of calling this business again.

Hello, my name is Ricky Wilcox. I called the company during the evenings and they came over within a hour after my call. The technician Mike was great in his evaluation of what the problem was with the furnace in my house. He explained every step that he performed and was very knowledgeable of our unit. The other guy Alex who came when the part came in...and let me say that was a very fast turn around when the part was ordered on Monday...it came on Tuesday and Alex came over over way ahead of the scheduled time to replaced the old "inducer" with a new "inducer". I have checked every day and the new inducer is working perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their furnace serviced.

Have nothing good to say about this company. They were recently purchased by new owners, and it’s gone downhill. Many of these seasoned and knowledgeable techs are gone. I was sent to our house, and we have four different AC and heating units in different houses, but they came to our primary residence. July 1 the first tech came and although very young, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and he seem not to know what he was doing. He then had 10 days later Andrew another tech came out and seemed more confident. Andrew discovered that the first tech didn’t even know what he was doing and had ordered up the wrong part, etc. , Andrew assured us he knew what the problem was and it was going to be a new AC unit approximately four to $5000. That’s not a big issue to me, and he told me directly

Tyler was very helpful came right away on an after hours call found the problem quickly and got my ac unit running to keep us comfortable while he requested parts and scheduled a follow up appt for install and final repair. Explained what he was doing throughout the repair and made sure we knew what we were being charged for. Thank you so much for your help I look forward to your continued service on my home hvac system!!!!!

We have been dealing with Northern Heating for many, many years now. I own 2 homes and Norther Heating takes care of both. We just had a service call from the Tech Chris. Well, I have to say, Chris did an outstanding job. We usually get Randy but we were very pleased with Chris also. It is very comforting to know that your company trains your staff so well. Your people are always, always courteous and very knowledgeable Chris, thank you for taking care of us..
