I had Rob bring his team to inspect a home I'm in the process of buying and not only did he take his time to explain all the different things he was looking out for to me, but he made it easy to understand for someone who has next to no inspection experience. He was very thorough and took time to check everything that he could to make sure my family and I were moving into a solid first home. He was courteous, and professional, offering advice and caution where needed, but not aggressively like some sort of scare tactic, just genuine "lookin out for" that you don't see as often anymore, and was a great choice in making sure our first home was a solid pick. Rob and his team literally saved my family’s life! He came out for a sewage inspection and found a massive carbon monoxide leak in place several other “professionals” have been. He squeezed me in the very next day to repair it! Rob and his team genuinely care for their clients! He was up front about prices and even tried to give me a range of options in my budget. Our family kept getting sick after moving into our Kentucky home, and we had no idea why—until Rob from Northern Kentucky Inspectors came in. We had already spent money on other inspection companies, and none of them could find the problem. Even if they were cheaper, you get what you pay for—they just don’t know what they’re doing. Rob used his special machine to detect black mold (Stachybotrys chartarum) in the air that was causing all our health issues. He treated it carefully and personally, saving us from tons of wasted doctor visits and money. We’re so grateful we found this company and glad we read through his reviews. Love you, Rob—thank you for being so awesome! Our family is finally healthy and safe.

I did not get the inspection since we switched lenders and they wanted to use a different inspector. I sent a text message to Rob to let him know prior to. He called to confirm the appointment that evening and when I told him over the phone he cussed at me, called me a liar and said he didn’t receive any text. If you value working with a company that will treat you respectfully I would not recommend this one.

I appreciate this company’s attention to detail in their inspection, reporting and customer service. They took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Their inspection has given us confidence, reassurance, to make an educated decision for the purchase of our next home.
