I contacted nky roofing through fb and they immediately messaged me back, chatted about the issue and gave me a rough estimate (that ended up being pretty accurate!) for the repair. I signed the contract and they came within the week and repaired the problem before the snowstorm hit. We are super grateful for how quick and painless this was on our part! I contacted Tim with Northern KY Roofing in a bit of a bind. I desperately needed a fallen gutter replaced, along with the Fascia Board behind it. The recent windy weather and decreased temperatures were posing additional issues. When I contacted Tim on 12/30, I didn't expect a prompt response due to the holidays. Not only did he respond, but he sent 2 of his employees over the very next morning to evaluate. They returned the morning after, on a holiday at that, to get the job done. They completely removed our old roof, repaired the wood underneath and installed a beautiful new roof. The crew were very courteous and professional.
