I just had a great experience with Northern assisting with sprinkler system repair. They returned my call (many didn’t), scheduling was quick. They were extremely knowledgeable and polite and they price fairly. Further the work is under warranty!

After 3 weeks of trying to get someone to return my phone call, finally talked to someone who told me "he is too busy". All i wanted was to get on a schedule to have sprinkler heads added and relocated for a huge renovation...guess my money wasn't green enough. Take your business elsewhere - not worth the hassle.

Very poor customer service. Needed several sprinkler heads extended for a renovation project and no one will return a phone call. Tried for 3 weeks to contact them. When calling you can't talk to a live person just voice mail even when dialing 0.
