We were new to town and i asked a neighbor a couple blocks away who installed his fence. He said Northern Neck Fence Co. I stopped by the store to talk to them. That day Mark came out to measure and check the site. I learned they had installed the existing wood fence when our house was built. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience based on communication- or lack thereof. I submitted an online request for a call to schedule an appointment for a quote on fencing and gutter work but never received a response. I've since called three times. While the owner did eventually reach out and set up an appointment, no one showed up, and I didnt receive follow-up or explanation. I've left multiple messages with different staff members and have only received one return call. As a business owner myself, I find this level of communication unprofessional. If getting a basic call back is this difficult. It makes me question how the installation process would go. I completely understand that things come up and businesses get busy, but a simple courtes

I used Northern Neck Fence (and Gutter!) Co to install some gutters on my house that were missing. When we purchased the house, one side of the place was missing gutters and the house was (un)surprisingly having water issues in that area. So, we called Northern Neck Fence company to give us a quote. The quote was quite fair and they were crazy good with the customer communications. That practically sold me on their services right there. We went back & forth a few times because I was a bit picky in where I wanted the downspouts and they matched the existing color quite well. They were there when they said they would be, the install went great and now they work as intended. The entire experience was one that I would highly recommend others if they need gutters.
