The Locksmith

This team is amazing! I was working in the Tappahannock area and needed a locksmith. Many I called could not support the rekeying needed to be done on a commercial property. When looking to match keys to doors/locks one key worked. Inspecting the key I noticed a phone number. It was "The Locksmith" so I called. Their understanding on needs and the urgency was absolutely clear. They were onsite in an hour, repairs and replacements for 5 locks all keyed identical was completed in 2 hours. Amazing performance and cost! Highly recommend this team! Excellence at a very fair price!

So I thought this was gonna be a good fix well it wasn't cause ever since I got the keys made by Mike and almost 600.dollars cash later and another visit which made it worse and the owner has no business sense for he texted me once and then he will hung up on me and belittled me. So I would not use this company for if this is how you run a business you wont have one for much longer . I have a 2005 Volkswagon ,Jetta and my car was running good till I started using the new keys. One just stopped working and the car would not start that is a waste of my money and his time. The second key worked until two weeks ago or so it got stuck in the ignition and I couldn't get the key out at all. So I got Mike out here and he had gotten the key out and took the key lock mechanism off the ignition cy

I needed extra security at my front door and I called The Locksmith. Sue took my call on Monday and we set up a time for her to come out on Friday to install a dead bolt and change out the existing door knob. She arrived exactly when she said she would. She was friendly, helpful and fast. She quoted me a price over the phone and there were no surprises with the final bill. She even made me extra keys on the spot. Now my entrance is more secure and both the dead bolt and knob use the same key. She was fantastic and I would absolutely call her any time I need a locksmith!
