Denny did a great job taking out my 75 year old faucet and replacing it. The job was done in 2 hours, which included having to cut new holes in the shower wall and replacing some pipes. He is personable and very kind. He even didn't mind when my farm cats raided his work van trying to get his left over pizza in there. 😂 Edit: Denny is no longer with Northern Pines and unfortunately it shows... Was told that I could wait for 4 days with no running water because it was not an emergency. When someone did come, they showed up at 10:30am without notice 3 hours earlier than my appointment time. They went out to get a part and never came back. I sat at home all day waiting for them to come back. My landlady called the office before they closed and nobody answered or called her back. This team is amazing! Josh did great customer service and definitely took many extra steps to help with my AC. A new heat pump was installed with efficiency and timeliness! Outstanding service! Highly recommend Northern Pines! Thank you!!!.

Northern Pines has gone above and beyond for us multiple times! Here’s a picture of when they installed 6 mini splits within one day at our resort, efficient and quality craftsmanship. Then they came back another day to finish the other 5! The owners and crew are so personable, patient, and go out of their way to show they are responsive and care. Highlight of summer 2021–hiring Northern Pines to put A/C in our house and all our resort’s cabins!

I found them on internet. The first thing that impressed me was a human being the phone. Then calling back within an hour to set up appointment. Then showing up on time and getting it done. Besides repairs answered a lot of questions and gave me some suggestions on how to proceed with projects. Very personable and i felt like i made a new friend. Ive just requested an estimate for an electric project as well. The one thing I didn’t understand or appreciate was the trip charge. I could see maybe it it was for an estimate but it’s not like they do a lot of walk in business, and there’s just so many houses near the shop. The trip to do the job should be part of the deal.
