After water damage and 2 other companies failing to ever come out to actually complete restoration services, I finally called Northern Star Construction for help with replacing my floor/baseboards and requested conversion of the tub to just a walk in shower. They arrived for an estimate the next day and were able to start/complete everything within only a few weeks. Everything looks great and functions well without leaks. After photos attached (ignore the walls - I asked them only to smooth and be ready for paint but to not actually paint as I wanted to see how everything looked before deciding on a new paint color)

A HUGE shoutout to Kevin Barrett and his crew at Northern Sear Construction. They did an awesome buildout of a storage carafe and turn a vision into reality for my daughter and SIL. They were able to make their vision and make it a dream come true. it was quite the project and a lot of ingenuity to make all facets come together for this amazing room!

My wife and I are completely satisfied and excited about the remodel work done.
