Northern Tool + Equipment

Had a good experience at Northern tool. Steve was there to help me today and point me in the right direction incredibly friendly staff easy to talk to. Unfortunately I misread the description online for what I was looking for and they didn't have the right part that I was looking for because I misread the description but they had the right one just wasn't what I was looking

Met a new associate who was more than helpful but had it ruined by an old man obviously having a bad day. I asked him a question and instead of answering, he said the store was closed and I had to leave. It was at closing time, which I didn’t know when I walked in, but he was beyond rude! There were other customers in the store but he felt the need to tailgate me all the way to the front door. What a jerk. I won’t be back.

The sales associates are always helpful whether I am looking for a product, returning a product or just researching for a purchase.

Trey was amazing!!! He walked with me through the store helping me choose the perfect gift for my husband! Thank you Trey you are wonderful 5 stars

Store staff (especially Chuck) are top notch helpful and honest. Always a pleasure doing business in this store.
