From the time of my first call to NVA to the time of completed repair, only an hour and ten minutes had passed. Jason was excellent. He diagnosed and repaired the issue with my dryer in minutes. Don’t waist time with other appliance repair shops. NVA does it right.

I called Northern Valley Appliance after having another company be a 'no show' for 2 appointments. Jason arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer quickly. He replaced the needed part and vacuumed all the lint up. The service charge was very reasonable. I'm happily doing laundry once again! I'll definitely use Northern Valley Appliance for any needed repairs in the future!!

Northern Valley Appliance is great. They have helped me out with my washer and dryer. Jason is phenomenal. He walked us through what was the issue with our appliance and fixed it in the same day. Highly recommend them!

Our dryer was making terrible noises recently - very loud, sounded awful. I called Northern Valley Appliance and they came right out. Super professional, very courteous, very nice. He diagnosed the problem within a couple of minutes, did the necessary repairs and was done all within about 20-25 minutes. Dryer works GREAT now! Very reasonable cost too. Could not be happier - will definitely use them again, definitely will recommend them to others. Highly recommended.

Excellent business. Called 'em up about our dead dryer, the lass on the phone scheduled us right quick, then Jason came out right on schedule. In about half a cup of coffee he detected a blown thermal sensor in our dryer, replaced it, and vacuumed out some lint. Total pros. Fine price. I'd use 'em again if I need 'em, I would.
