Disappointed In the way my tenant and I were both treated during this purchase. Was recommended to shop here by an appliance repairman. Called and was pleased with how quickly I was set up with an oven. I was told they would reach out to my tenant (and that they usually delivered same day or day after) no one reached out to my tenant or me for 4 days. The appliance was not delivered to tenant until 4 phone calls from myself, and my tenant were placed - when they told us our tenant was not even on the schedule . Was extremely rude on the phone with my tenant. Seemed like a hassle to get the product we paid for in advance .

The shop definitely looked like a used appliance warehouse. Not many new appliances on display. But was kind enough to pull an appliance out of the box. Found a higher-end model of the same appliance at a different appliance store for the exact same price he quoted us for the lower model. He was genuinely kind and friendly though.

Great place to go to for fridge drawer replacement. Was fortunate enough to be able to buy a used one. If they don't have a used one, you can always order one without you being worried about it being the correct one.

Technician was shockingly disrespectful to my mother when she came in. I attempted to come in and ask the needed questions about repairs and possible purchases. Stood there for a while and not a soul acknowledged me.

The gentleman had the exact part we needed for a quick fix. He was super nice, and when we told him how much we saw the part for online he made us an offer for $20. Great service, got the part immediately, and we even got a few giggles from exchanging about 2 stories while being rung up at the register.
