I honestly wish I could give 10 stars! I bought a house in Maltby about 4 weeks ago and of course on Christmas Eve everything that could go wrong started to. The crawl space flooded with 2 feet of water, ruining the water heater and damaging the furnace. I spent $2k getting a new water heater installed and am very worried about flooding occurring again. Less than 2 hours after the water heater company left, an alarm in the garage started sounding. Turns out this is a septic pump alarm that was signaling there was soon to be a backup. I called 10 companies and no one could come out until after Christmas - something I understand but also could not accept because I just paid for a brand new water heater. Ken’s level of customer service is outstanding. As new homeowners and being new to septic systems, we asked Ken to pump our tank and also consult with us about an issue we were having with a repeated clog at the inlet. Not only did he schedule us for the pump the very next Saturday morning (on a holiday weekend!), he was quick, communicative, and reasonably priced. He quoted us to fix the clogging issue, but also reassured us it was something we could easily do ourselves and save a chunk of change in doing so. He walked us through the fix over the phone on his own time when we attempted it the next weekend. He’s a great guy to work with and I will recommend him to anyone needing septic work of any kind going forward! Thank you Ken.

Ken is amazing. I called him randomly from google searching because I have been having an odor around my house near the septic tank. He doesn’t service my area but he took my phone call and helped me for at least a good hour or two. He diagnosed several issues with my system right over the phone and requesting my pictures via text. He went above and beyond and let me remind you this was all on a Saturday night!! I felt bad because he did all this knowing that he’d never see a dime from me because he doesn’t service my area. He was still so willing to help me out and share his knowledge. He actually found another problem with my pump constantly running and basically helped me avoid a very costly repair. What an amazing guy. Seriously I wish he could service me. Seriously people, this is the best service I've received in years! Ken took the time to answer my questions without compensation. I am really bummed that I didn't contact him before I set the appointment with another company. He took the time to calm me down after revealing an issue with my septic tank the night before the inspection for a home sale. He assured me that the problem was repairable and not to worry. I seriously contemplated cancelling my appointment with the other company to have him do the inspection. I know reviews tell a story about a company but if you are looking for a great company that has your best interests in mind this is the company to call!

My septic alarm went off at 7am this morning. I didn't know what the darn thing was at first but it was screaming at my loudly. I did some quick research and found it to be my septic system was ready to overflow into my home. I did a quick search on Google looking for the best rated for septic pumping near Woodinville. Northlake was in the results and top rated, and for good reason! Ken came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed a float replaced and both tanks pumped and he was informative, fast, and fair. I'll be calling Ken again in 2 years because I trust him!
