What an amazing and professional experience! Yen was honest and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. He fixed a broken lock without replacing it, while he could have easily charged more for a new one. He did some other work as well. It was so nice dealing with a professional person who didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into buying something I didn’t need. I will always use Northstar and highly recommend them!

I went in there to have my apartment key copied, and a lady came out from behind the counter and Wouldn’t make a copy of a key because it said do not duplicate she was very condescending. Telling me I need to get all these kind of papers to verify. So I just went to one of those self-service kiosk and got it done. The lady had a very bad attitude.

Corey came out same day and did an excellent job. Even gave us some education on how to avoid future issues. Highly recommend!

My go to for the neighborhood now! Went in for some padlock and home rekeys and all the staff were friendly, quick, and work was a reasonable cost. Would recommend!
