Mark and his team at Northstar Mechanical are great. Customer satisfaction and quality work at a reasonable price are his priorities. We came home from a trip to find our AC not working. It was late, but Mark assessed it and was able to fix it for us to get through the heat wave. We decide to replace our AC and furnace because it was old and somewhat undersized for our older home. He quickly got us a quote (very reasonable), scheduled, and the system replaced literally in a few days. The new system is amazing-efficient and our house is cooler than ever before, even upstairs. His team removed and replaced the equipment in less than 6 hours and disposed off the old equipment. I highly recommend Northstar Mechanical, Mark and his team.

This company is always putting the customer first. They check out the problem completely, let you know exactly what it takes to fix the problem and what is needed to correct to get your item back up and running. The costs are fair and reasonable. They do what others won't, they fix it right the first time, no partial repair for a second labor cost. I have had them fix air conditioning, furnace and some plumbing work. I know I can trust them. I recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

We are very pleased with our new heat pump. Mark stated it was a 6 hour job, they where done in 4 1/2. They came on time, and cleaned up The price was fair, if not way lower than other competitors. He also explained everything in terms we could understand.
