I called early morning for a routine maintenance check, we scheduled an appointment for later that day. No one came or called to let us know of any obstacles they had to keep the appointment. Since I had already paid $99 for a tech to show up, I called the next morning. They had a tech call me from another company and schedule another appointment for later that morning. I assume there will also be an extra charge for actually doing the routine maintenance, he wanted $475. Is this the going rate now for an AC maintenance check? There were no issues with the system, just cleaned and checked. At the end of the day this was my experience: - No call No show first days appointment. - 2nd day I have to follow up to get someone here. - They send a sub contractor for routine maintenance resulting
