Northwell Parking 206 East 59th Street Garage Corporation

Nothing special happened, 1star for the oldest trick in the book to avoid Liability! Employee marked the whole car card as damaged (See attached pic), it could come out as totaled and they will shake it off. There are lots of descent hard working great parking around, I would use a different one.

Worst place ever. Is there a customer service number? You mark the car as damaged which clearly it is not. And you charge an oversize fee when upon prepaying states I do not have to pay an oversize fee. I need to speak to a manager because this is absurd and a ripoff

I was blown away at the service. I emailed questions and had a response in a hour. Mara helped me extend and Louis knew who I was when I arrived. Each attendant looked me in the eyes and asked how I was and was I enjoying myself. Who knew I would have such a good experience from a parking garage?!

Park at your own risk. They parked the car with a working battery and I left with a dead battery. They left the light on in the car and changed the radio station. Tires were fine going in and one was low going out, tire light was on. Of course no cables available to jumpstart my car, they said they couldn’t find them. Avoid this garage!

I was a little hesitant to park here based on some of reviews I saw posted, but I decided to give them a try and surprisingly I had a great experience! I’m usually not impressed with NYC parking garages, but the staff was so nice and accommodating and I had such an easy time parking. I will definitely be back here!
