Northwest Carpet One

This review is to the best of my knowledge; added that since Northwest 1546 West Locust Street Davenport, IA decided to involve their law firm, and I certainly do not want to intentionally misrepresent what transpired. Our 4-year-old vinyl floor in our newly built villa that’s also 4 years old has/had already buckled in several of the butted areas, we have documented pictures.  The flooring and installation met all warranty guidelines (1 year) and we were contacted through their law firm rather than contact us themselves that the warranty had expired which we already knew and that Northwest was legally bound to do nothing (fair business practice?).  BUT, Whoever heard of a floor buckling after 4 years for no apparent reason.  We are empty nesters, no pets, no water damage, no misuse.  Th
