We had not had our carpets and floors cleaned in a while and Northwest Commercial did a great job getting them back in good shape. The team were efficient and the results were excellent. Michael was extremely responsive and gave great advice on scope and frequency of future cleanings.

After a previous experience with another floor cleaning company that was a disaster, I was hesitant to try a new place. NW Commercial exceeded all expectations, and the floors of our veterinary clinic have never looked so good! They did a flawless job on our ceramic tile, concrete, sheet vinyl, AND carpet.

Both customer service reps and service technicians were very courteous and hard working. They were able to fit us into their schedule with short notice and very reasonable pricing. This company (two outstanding employees) just cleaned our lobby floors at the Hamilton West on Friday April 3rd into the 4th - overnight. I can tell they did an outstanding job! The two folks and now friends of the building, were very meticulous and conscientious of the residents traveling through. I would highly recommend them. The attention to detail was up and above and beyond what I was expecting. Very high quality work. You both are invited to our Community Night Out in August, as long as social gatherings are lifted by the Oregon Governor. Thanks again guys.
